I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Powers and her team for the care they gave Marshmello during a very difficult and frightening time for us. From the beginning, Dr. Powers was compassionate, responsive, and thoughtful in the decisions she made. She moved quickly to schedule Marshmello’s surgery while also being very conscious of preserving as much of his paw and its functionality as possible. I especially appreciated that she thought ahead and had his tumor sample preserved. That decision became extremely important later, as we were able to send the tissue for additional testing without having to put Marshmello through another procedure, helping us move more quickly toward the appropriate treatment. I also want to recognize Isaac, who was truly exceptional. He gave me his cell phone number and made himself available whenever I had a concern during Marshmello’s recovery. Whether Marshmello wasn’t eating, wasn’t sleeping, or something simply didn’t seem right, Isaac responded quickly, answered my questions, and helped me understand what to do next. Having that kind of support made an incredibly stressful process so much easier to navigate. When your dog is sick, the medical care matters enormously, but so does feeling that the people caring for him genuinely care about what happens next. Dr. Powers, Isaac, and the entire team gave us both. I am deeply thankful for their kindness, professionalism, and the care they gave Marshmello. I would recommend Dr. Powers and her team without hesitation.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful care my dog received at PVH. Dr. Betsy and staff are true professionals The facility is truly unique compared to any other veterinary practice I have visited. The soothing atmosphere, comfortable seating, and lack of typical clinical odors made a significant difference; my dog remained calm and comfortable throughout the entire visit. I was referred to PVH for an emergency by my mobile veterinarian Dr Martin due to my dog's high anxiety and a potential paw fracture. Despite my dog's size at 106 pounds, PVH provided true VIP treatment and handled him with exceptional care. I highly recommend PVH office and staff to anyone seeking high-quality veterinary care. Thank you!
