Normally you can get a same day appt, particularly if it's a priority. Have felt good about all the vets, techs and front desk staff that I've met.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this veterinary office. Athena has been seen here multiple times, including as recently as February of this year, and yet every time I need something as simple as a medication refill, I’m told she needs another full exam—and I’m charged around $100 for the exam alone, before even paying for the medication or the additional services they continually try to add on. At this point, it feels less like they are focused on continuity of care and more like they are focused on generating another office-visit charge. If a pet has an established history with the practice and has been seen repeatedly, I don’t understand why a simple refill has to turn into another expensive appointment every single time. What made the situation even worse was how I was treated when I called. The staff member I spoke with was rude and dismissive and essentially told me there was nothing they could do, leaving me with the impression that Athena would simply have to go without her medication. I understand that veterinarians have policies and that certain medications may legitimately require an exam or monitoring. However, the way this practice handles refills, the repeated charges, and the attitude I experienced over the phone have left a very bad impression. I would encourage other pet owners to ask about their medication-refill policies and recurring exam requirements before choosing this practice. I simply needed her refill before I move out of state in 3 days.

Best vet that I have ever been to and they treat you like a normal person and not some endless money machine asking for you to put out hundreds of dollars every visit. They are more than willing to work with you and what you can afford, which is very rare for veterans. They are also kind and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to any pet owners.
