I called to ask about bringing my cat in for vaccinations. I said good morning and politely asked for information, but the person was very rude, simply said “no,” and hung up on me. Very unprofessional customer service.

Love Dr. Cotton. She goes the distance and keeps a sense of humor.

FVVH is the only place I visited to have my pet's needs taken care of for almost 40 years.

If I could rate this any higher I would. I was super nervous to bring my baby because he has severe anxiety. Every time we come it’s a positive experience. Every single person there is so nice. It had a been a little over a month since I got my dog’s nails done and they were super overgrown, I was scared they were going to judge me but they didn’t. They welcomed him with open arms and did what they needed to. My dog is comfortable with them. The people who work here genuinely care about you and your animals and I’d recommend this place to anyone any day. Thank you for everything y'all do!!!
