Dr. Schaller and her team are some of the most thoughtful people, let alone veterinarians. Their team took exceptional care of our dog from his puppy years all the way into his last few weeks. Dr. Schaller only recommends the best, most valuable care for your money and we are so grateful for the advocacy she showed when our dogs lab results were lost across the country. Her bedside manner is exceptional, even when the news isn’t great. We highly recommend her and her team at Willow Creek animal hospital!

IMHO…the staff and vet need to really listen to the needs of the client! I made an appointment for a specific reason which was overlooked and hoped we would continue as a client for our6 week old puppy! This is how you lose potential clients!

At first, as a new customer, I was treated well and felt welcome. But something snapped in the patient doctor relationship within 6 months, when the doctor became uncompassionate and down right mean.
