Terrible customer service. Suppose to call me with my dogs results. Never called i had to call them.

Took our lizard here twice. Only vet that can help us with him and with our schedules. Both times, the issue reoccurred because they essentially did nothing we couldn't have done here. Now, apparently we are banned for missing two appointments (absolutely vile policy btw. Things happen and people have busy lives) that I wasn't even informed about (apparently my wife was) So I paid the fee the first time this happened, and was unaware of a second one having been scheduled. Mind you, these appointments weren't even chosen by us. They were mandatory follow-up appointments that we shouldn't have even needed, had they adequately treated him the first time, instead of just draining the abscess. So now, when a different medical issue arises, I find out we are banned from the only specialist vet that we can take him to, for missing an appointment over two years ago (and paying the fee) and then missing a second appointment months ago, that we didn't even ask for. Due to this clinic's unapologetic greed, and ridiculous policies, we are now potentially facing the death of a pet. Sort yourselves out. Absolutely gross. Take your animals somewhere that won't condemn them to illness/death for a missed appointment or two. Their prices are higher than most other exotic vets as well.

I come up on an incident or a turtle had been ran over where I live at in another town. It was a decent size turtle. I thought it was dead but I still wanted to get it out of the road. When I did I realized it was still alive and it shell had been busted up very bad. I didn't know what to do but I read online that Turtles can live for days suffering. So I had to figure out something. I look for a Wildlife veterinarian and somehow ended up calling this place. The receptionist was extremely nice and answered my questions clearly. Because it was a wild animal and it was suffering the let me bring it in and they humanely euthanized it. It bothered me watching the turtle suffer so I'm glad that there are places like this that step up and help animals. I would have paid to help this animal but this place was nice enough not to charge me since it was a wild animal. Other vets should take note. This is how Veterinary Care should be done. All animals should matter whether they're your pet or a wild animal. I would not hesitate to take my own dog here or to drive 30 minutes across to another town in order to go to this vet. They genuinely care about animals and to me that's where I would want to take my pet. Again I'm thankful they or able to help the turtle and we're nice enough not to charge me.
