They are friendly, get you in quick, very responsive. When I discussed with them an issue regarding excessive testing, the manager simply said she would talk to the doctors, no refund or discount. So beware, they sell you on tests you likely don't need. Unfortunately, I spent $900 when I could have spent $200 because instead of taking my cat's temperature and then giving antibiotics, they skipped the temperature and went right to urinalysis, xrays, and blood work. They skipped the most basic step. I wonder if that is deliberate uncharging or ignorance. The first doctor rushed to do all these tests, then sent my cat home with pain killer. The next day, for his check up, the doctor took his temp and found a fever. Thats all he needed. But they still did another xray, just another charge.

So happy to have found Knightdale Animal Hospital. We felt at ease after taking our almost 14 yr old dog & 2.5 yr old dog for visits this week. The entire staff is so friendly. Melanie Preston was fantastic with both. They have way different personalities and needs at this point. She took time with us and the dogs(literally on the floor) to give a thorough exam and get to know them. Our 2.5 yr old is a 86 lb Staffy-Pit mix. He is a gentle giant. His looks could be intimidating to others. The whole staff loved on him and rewarded him with treats so he could get his shots and nails done. I have to say, this was his best vet visit, ever! I wasn’t told to medicate him prior to visits(like other vets) and we appreciate that so….much! Also, the 14 yr olds nails look the best they have ever looked!! It’s so nice to know we have somewhere safe & trustworthy to bring our dogs.
