At one time they were the best vet on the planet. We have been going to them for over 20 years and I never thought I would be leaving a 1 star review but here I am. It is not the care received, it is how they treat longtime customers. My father spent over $1500 with them today but put it on a credit card. Unfortunately he didn't understand his options and I know that is not their fault. I didn't find out until just a few minutes after he had left. I simply called and asked if they could void the transaction and let us apply for Care Credit to avoid paying 30% interest on his credit card. The office manager said no, then asked Dr. Brewer and was still told no. In over 20 years we have never asked for a discount and never skipped a bill. I know there is nothing illegal about what they are doing and it is their "policy" but in a day and age where everyone is struggling and all that is needed is a transaction voided or refunded to save your elderly customer relying on SSI some money, it's my policy not to do business with that place anymore. Do yourself a favor and go to Riverbark on Ramsey street in Fayetteville.
