I can't recommend them more! My Doberman had an emergency transfer from Wilmington for severe unexplained anemia, a novel heart murmur, significant weight loss, polyuria, polydipsia, and GI issues. A large, non-obstructive intestinal mass was discovered on ultrasound and he was diagnosed with advanced GI Lymphoma, given very limited time with us. From intake they were quick, compassionate, and thorough. I spoke to the vet several times over the phone and was texted by the tech continuously throughout his stay (I would estimate every few hours), being updated on every procedure and results once they were received. Even after he came home and my primary vet was extremely unhelpful, all I had to do was text the tech and explain what was going on and I was assisted ASAP. They fought CVS pharmacy to get his Prednisone and Ondansetron filled after rude interactions with the pharmacist. I have worked in veterinary medicine and this has to be the most positive experience I've ever had despite the difficult circumstances. If only Bluepearl was a primary care provider! If there's ANYTHING your pet needs as far as emergency/specialty care, please take them there! You will be just as eternally grateful as I am!
