Enjoy taking my pets here. Everything feels reasonable, needed and never over the top. The team is always so kind and loving to all of my pets and every other pet I see welcomed in. The office is extremely clean, gives a warm cozy feeling to my pets and I both. The offer care credit and plans for expensive surgeries and small bills as well. The thing I appreciate the most is getting in the same day for serious emergencies. Love this office so much and all the ladies in it!

I need to get my dogs shot records - cannot get ANYONE on the phone. 1-star because they refuse to answer the phone and leave ALL communication to an AI Agent - super unprofessional.

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Catawba Heights Animal Hospital. When my little dog, Cam, got very sick, it was a terrifying emergency, but their staff acted quickly and with so much compassion. They took incredible care of him, fixed him right up, and gave me such peace of mind. Knowing my sweet boy was in such gentle, expert hands meant the world to me. Thank you to the entire team for saving the day!"
