This is the first negative review I've ever written, and I thought about it for a while before actually posting it. I have nothing negative to say about the doctors or other medical staff. However, my exchanges with the staff at the front desk have always, with the exception of one visit, left me feeling like I had done something wrong and I wasn't welcome. I'm sorry to see that based on other reviews, I am not the only one who's had this experience. The last exchange I had convinced me that it is time for us to move to a different practice where people and pets alike are treated with kindness. Again, the medical staff are good at what they do, but the front desk is sadly ruining the reputation of this place.
