If I could give 0 I would, brought my 11 year old dog in for pain, uncomfortable mouth, but still eating, etc, Dr. LaVie diagnosis ear issue, antibiotics ear solution, and we left. No relief, then Dr. LaVie schedule dental surgery on 7/27. They took 6 teeth, released at 4:30pm. He has been now 21 days in pain, no solution, pain meds, and follow up appointment 8/14 and now it's his nose, maybe a blade of grass is stuck in his nose, right nostril. I have been patronizing this clinic for 25 years and they have lost my confidence, cost me $2500in one month, and that one office staff lady is rude and if you don't like your job you should move on. I have moved on and today hopefully our new vet will be able to help my dog with the pain and clear diagnosis of the cause. Do not bring your fur babies here!!!!!

As long as we live in this area, this will be the only vet we’ll see. Our house caught fire a couple months ago while we were at work and our blood hound puppy was pulled out by firefighters. When I got to the house, she was unresponsive and was being given oxygen. After she started coming to, I rushed her to Archdale Animal Clinic. I ran and said “ this is an emergency, she was pulled from a house fire.” Both ladies at the desk immediately stopped what they were doing, with one running from behind the desk, grabbed her from me, and rushed her to the back. Because of the staff here and their sense of urgency, she was back home 3 days later. They have Jolene a bravery certificate. It may not seem like much, but in the moment, it meant everything. It’s the little things like that, that sets them apart. Dr Levine is wonderful as well as the entire staff. Amanda also went over and beyond that day. Since then, we’ve been there twice for check ups and immunizations. Everyone knows her name and they’re always excited to see her.
