Recently picked up my cat from a routine procedure. I arrived about 20 minutes after the earliest pickup time that was given to me. They provided almost no information about my pet, how the procedure went, etc. When they finally gave me my cat, she was in her carrier SOAKED in urine. I ran her home as quickly as I could to clean her up. When I called and asked what happened, they didn’t seem to care and just said they put her in her carrier after the procedure. I was shocked. How can you possibly treat animals like that? Absolutely awful.
