Much better experience than anticipated. Prices were far less expensive than other vets I've seen over years. Staff was friendly, pet affectionate and easily answered all our questions, often offering price variances on different options procedure and products. I am so glad we went there. Will continue with their service.saw dr emmalee hovander

My Experience with Stoney Creek Veterinary HospitalI will not be returning to this clinic. Getting an anxious cat into a carrier can be a real struggle, and because of this, I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment. Instead of showing any understanding or empathy for the situation, the front desk staff completely refused to see my cat and forced me to reschedule. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me a fee for the missed visit anyway. As a pet owner, dealing with a stressed animal is hard enough without a vet office penalizing you for a minor delay. The lack of accommodation and immediate push for a charge felt incredibly uncaring. If you have a cat that is difficult to crate, be aware that this facility has zero flexibility or understanding for the unpredictable delays that come with pet care.
