I would leave no stars but that's not an option. Literally basically paid them to traumatize me and my dog. These two female vets were like "we can't trim your dog's nails so we will be giving you drugs for her to help you do them at home" and then this male vet comes in and we tell him that because he asks and he tries it himself anyway (without really asking) and starts to trim her nails and makes me and my boyfriend hold our dog down while getting snappy "can you help instead of just standing there and go to the back and hold her back leg?" And squeezed her front left paw hard to get that paws nails (mind you that was one of the main reason we was there as she had been limping on that paw) and when I pointed that out he said "that's fine". My dog was so distraught by him forcing her to get her nails clipped that she had red eyes, she peed, pooped, and had pheromones going off! Never again am I taking my dog back there.
