The doctor is very rude and they over book waay too much. They lack compassion and last time I was in an exam room there were paw prints all over the floor so obviously they don't clean the exam room between visits which considering they booked 4 people for the same hour I get why. They only have white female employees and seem to be more respectfuil towards their female clients. The doctor gave me a carrier to walk home with a 5 week old puppy in 85° weather when I got stranded there by Uber Pet. No concerns for my problem at all. They were all very rude and dismissive. The carrier she gave me had styrofoam in it which of course my 5 week old puppy ate and has had the runs ever since. My male was excited cuz we are new to the area so we hasn't had much company and she was visibly and audibly annoyed with how active he was because she overbooked and was in a rush so she made me feel lile there was something wrong with my dog because he was, "Panting too much" from excitement. I heavily advise NOT bringing your pet here as they care about turn over and not your pet.
