Very friendly, helpful and courteous. Couldn't ask for better staff to care for my dogs. I drive almost an hour to their office because they really care about the animals they treat and not just about how much they can make. 5 stars cause I can't give them 50 💞

I almost never leave reviews but they need to do better. Called as soon as my cat swallowed a foreign object to see if we could get something to induce vomiting. She has had 3 surgeries already because it wasn’t early enough to prevent it being lodged into the intestines. They have to tell me they would have to call me back for one, then they call back saying she would need to be seen before getting medication. Ok that’s understandable but said they would not see her today. All emergency services are at least an hour away. That kind of defeats the purpose of me catching this early… trying to prevent another surgery and they couldn’t have cared less. All they could say was “sorry”.
