Would never suggest this practice. If they were truly compassionate they wouldn’t have left me wondering how my dog was doing the day before even though I was told I’d get a call back. After no call back we call and everyone has left the office. I call the next day and get mansplained too by Hulin himself telling me what I already know about my dogs situation. All I cared at this point was if she was alive or not because no one seemed to be able to give me that answer. Not to mention you wait on hold for more than 20 minutes and then maybe get 30 seconds of speaking to learn nothing about your animal. So please trust me as someone who’s worked in the animal field, this is not how you treat patients or people. If I could give lower than a one star I would.
