I took my senior cat Valentin to AngelCare. Dr. Abbott and staff were so good with my kitty because he gets a little uncomfortable at the vet. They were very professional and prompt. I feel very comfortable taking him there and they will be my go-to vet from now on.

Dr.Abbot is what I would call a cat Dr. He is afraid of dogs but will charge you for an exam he isn’t able to complete. Also beware they will write misinformation into your charts about YOU trying to get other vets to not see you. Be warned.

The absolute BEST!! We recently discovered Angel Care thanks to a family member’s recommendation and they are incredible!! Both of our girls have visited Dr. Abott and his staff. Everyone there is amazing with both dogs! Our older German Shepherd can be timid and unsure of new places. Dr. Abott took his time and didn’t pressure her to do anything she wasn’t comfortable doing during the exam. She happily retuned for her second visit without any hesitation. Our Frenchie mix can be a handful and everyone happily welcomed her in and loved on her! I think Tinley lives her best life at Angel Care thanks to all of the love and affection she receives from everyone!! Dr. Abott is extremely detailed and looks at the whole picture instead of just the one issue because of this we feel that our girls are getting the best care!! His staff even calls to follow up after big appointments to make sure medications and adjustments are working. Thanks so much for all that yall do!!

Don't even think about bringing your loved pet to these people. They don't care about your pet.. they only want to charge you the most they possibly can. I called the day before to schedule an appointment for my cat with an ear infection that was swollen ! They ask if I wanted to make an emergency appointment since they were "booked".. I said sure. Then they say they didn't have anything for that day. So then she asked did I want to make an appointment for the next day.. I scheduled for 2pm. I get there early because I'm never late. We sit there until 20 minutes past my appointment time. There's not another car in the parking lot.. no other clients at all. So I asked if it was going to be very much longer and they couldn't tell me. I then clarified that this was a regular schedule appointment since it obviously was during any booked day because no one was there. She said it was still an emergency appointment which they charge $98 on top of your bill. These people are pathetic and trying to get rich quickly off of animal illnesses. Please, don't waste your time on this money pitt. There's plenty of other caring veterinarians in the area. Do yourself a favor and drive a little bit further.. your wallet will be glad you did... and your animals !
