Wendi Wells is the WORST vet ( if u want to call her that) I’ve ever met. In the five minutes, she spends with your pet and charges you for more. She will tell you things about your pet like she’s the expert on them when you spend 24 seven with them. She’s always telling me things about my pet like they lick their paws or this or that I work from home. I’m with my pets 24 seven and when I said well no I don’t observe that because I’m with them all day long and night long she turned to me and said well they do it when you’re not looking. This woman is a cocky, arrogant witch who sits around her cauldron coming up w expensive, worthless potions that leave your pet just as sick as they were or worse. She thinks she always has to be right. Poor Customer Service skills. By the way, Wendy, you were wrong. I went to another vet and you were totally wrong. You know I have no idea what you’re talking about. I wasted a lot of money and a year on you and I won’t be back. She sells you potions and pills that are useless and don’t do anything for your pet Except may be provide a few few days of relief. She’s a snake oil salesman beware!! She could care less about animals for her it’s how she can run up your bill and exploit your love for your pet for her financial gain. She has no shame.

My cat Binx and I recently saw Dr. Wells, and we are impressed with the reception staff, technicians, and the DVM. The office got us in quickly as a new client for an existing issue that was having a flare. They have also been very accommodating to my need to make changes to appointments- notably I had an unfortunate emergency, and the receptionist even remembered and asked about it when we came in! The technicians, reception, and everyone I spoke with were all very kind and treated my boy gently. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Wells. She came recommended to me from a vet technician I know who worked in internal medicine and ER, so I knew she was brilliant. But she is also very pragmatic, honest, and was willing to go above and beyond to make my cat comfortable for a blood draw. She also gave recommendations and options for treatment that were based on what is actually working with my current lifestyle and budget. She’s very much up front and realistic, and that’s super refreshing! Thank you guys for your help and we will see you soon.
