The office was calm and on time (early) for our tech appointment. In fact, I think we checked out and walked out the door just two minutes after our appointment time.

After moving to Rolesville in October 2024 with our two Havenese puppers, we needed a new Vet. Rolesville Veterinary Hospital had two convenient locations and had very positive reviews. We were quickly impressed by the friendliness of the receptionist and the ability to receive an appointment within a day or two. Having used a practice in Florida for the last 20 years with the lead Vet living in our community, there were big shoes to fill. We have used Rolesville Veterinary Hospital for the past two years and have found every Veterinarian to be knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. They spend an ample amount of time explaining their plan of treatment and are patient and compassionate with our pups. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a professional practice with knowledgeable, kind, and detail oriented veterinarians.

Rolesville Animal Hospital went above and beyond for my cat, Milo. We did not have an appointment, and I had what I believed was an emergency. On Saturday morning, I went in hoping Milo could be seen instead of having to take him to the Wake Emergency Vet. The front staff was friendly, professional, and upfront about their procedures. They explained that whether Milo could be seen would ultimately be up to the doctors. Knowing how urgent the situation was, they immediately relayed my concerns to the doctor and assistant and took Milo back for a preliminary exam. My fear was confirmed. Milo had a urinary blockage. Even without an appointment, the entire team handled his care with urgency, professionalism, and compassion. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I understood the charges along the way. Over the weekend and into the following week, they continued to keep me updated and answered what felt like an abundance of questions without ever making me feel rushed. Because of Rolesville Animal Hospital and their entire staff, Milo is back home with us today and back to his normal self. The relief of knowing that Milo was in good hands is something you simply can't put a price on. That kind of care comes from the culture of the entire practice. I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Hummel, Dr. Chaffer, and the entire Rolesville Animal Hospital staff. Thank you for taking such great care of Milo when we needed you most!
