Absolutely useless. Our dog had a bump on his side rupture, and all he needed was for it to be cleaned and bandaged. It probably would have taken 15 minutes, but they said they couldn't work us in for another two days. They're also extremely overpriced. Save yourself the frustration and don't waste your time. I called Shallotte Veterinary Clinic and they were able to work us in.
