My cat, Rajah, is always treated with respect and care at MCH. He always has an accident when he’s there, but Dr. Simkins and his techs always take the best care of him and try to keep him as relaxed as possible. Rajah has been coming to MCH as a wee kitten and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

This place is phenomenal! I took my anxious cat in today and they were so patient with him - they went at his speed, had all sorts of distractions ready to go to get him through the appointment, and informed me of what they were working on every step of the way. This was MY first vet visit with a cat and I was just blown away by how well the appointment went - 10/10!

MCH is a wonderful clinic - I can't say enough good things! I have been a client since I moved here 8 years ago and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for their kitties. - All of the staff is so kind and knowledgeable! You can tell they really love their jobs and making the experience as pleasant as possible for the kitties. - Clients are brought to the exam room as soon as possible and kitties are free to roam if comfortable. Rooms have cat friendly furniture and cubbies to hide in. Exams and many procedures happen in the room - not taking the cat into the back out of sight. Unless specialized equipment is needed. - They are amazing at working with scared kitties! I have brought trapped feral/semi feral cats in for care. Even for my totally tame kitties, they have recommended gabapentin when they felt it could be helpful to relieve stress. - They have not hesitated to refer to local specialists when they felt it was in our best interests, and followed up after to hear how recovery was going. - They offer boarding and do everything possible to keep stress down. They even were able to accommodate our pet sitter dropping off a kitty for care + a week of medical boarding when she became severely unwell due to us being on vacation. - We sadly had to say goodbye to our oldest kitty recently, pictured exploring the exam room. They were extremely supportive in managing her deteriorating chronic illnesses, and when it was time to say goodbye, Dr. Hraban was an angel for helping her pass comfortably. Our Missus Lorenzo had seen all of the doctors (and most if not all of the techs/support staff!), and loved them all. We plan on continuing to be clients of MCH for as long as we live in the area.
