Medicine Man Veterinary Hospital Pllc

Facility is clean and smells fresh every time I've been there. Staff is kind and cares about the animals.

Everybody who dealt with our fur baby was absolutely amazing!!!! We will definitely be using them for all of our fur babies from now on. They were very informative and know what they are doing. They actually care about ur animal and actually help without breaking the bank. We will tell anybody and everybody that needs a GREAT vet to go here.

Dr Dunning and his excellent team have been taking care of my bunny for over a year. I’m so thrilled to have such a caring vet nearby that is knowledgeable responsive and so helpful. He doesn’t rush you and takes his time to answer all questions and has set my mind at ease on numerous stressful occasions with my aging rabbit.

If i could give zero stars I would. Do not come to this place. They jack the price up on you when you get here. I called and asked for a appointment for my bird , was told office visit was $55 , and a $25 deposit had to be paid for booking appointment. That was fine and understandable. Dr came in , then sent in his assistant or whoever with a bill , office visit went from $55 to $95 , I expressed my concern as I was told it was $55. The lady was arguementive and apologized I was told that on the phone. Stated I could have went to a emergency vet for cheaper then that fee and proceeded to tell me no you couldn't a emergency vet would be more money. I told her to go ask the lady that does appointments and she said she would talk to her about that. That isnt right if your staff states a price over the phone it should be honored and you should not argue with a customer. I do not recommend this establishment. The Dr needs to hire better people especially dealing with the public. If your looking to get ripped off from a office visit just stop in.
