After our last visit I will not be returning here. Which is a shame because we have been loyal clients for years and never treated in this manner. The way I was treated today left me feeling terrible and in tears. We were refused services, refused being able to go back into the room to comfort our pet and informed to drug our animal before ever bringing them back to the office. Not to mention you can also hear the staff talking about the situation from the other room. Extremely disheartening and disrespectful. Always an easy experience at Plaza Animal Hospital. They are efficient and friendly. We bring our animals for annual check ups and sick visits. They have always been able to resolve any concerns we have. Reasonably priced as well!

I was looking online for a vet for my new puppy and found Plaza Animal Hospital. They were so helpful when scheduling my new patient appointment and made me feel so comfortable on the day of. Looking forward to continuing my dog’s care here!

We are very pleased with the services that we have received at Plaza Animal Hospital. Our girl is 13 and the medical care she receives is very important to us. Dr. Ellis and his staff take a sincere interest in your pets’s health. He also takes as much time as needed to explain things and make you feel comfortable. Cali’s well-being is very important to us and we feel as if we are in the best hands.

My husband and I were so pleased with the compassionate care we received when having to put our 17 year old furry family member, Nacho, to sleep. They were able to get us in on the same day we contacted them and were so good to us as they made sure we understood the entire process and gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes to our sweet doggie. The doctor and every staff member we encountered were so good to us. We even received a sympathy card several days after his death. In addition, the service we received at Plaza was much more reasonable than other competitors we talked to. Thank you for providing such care and for making one of the hardest events of our life a little easier. You really demonstrate a love for the animals and your empathy and sympathy were so evident.
