Everyone was super nice and caring. Would definitely my recommend bringing your pet here for care. They did note on the paperwork that we brought our dog in the trunk of a car, but we did NOT do that. We brought her in the hatchback area of our car and it is fully connected to the interior and has lot of AC. Thank you all for your help 😊

Friendly staff and knowledge Doctors. In times where customer service seems to be a lacking skill. The entire staff nailed exceptional customer service from the registration staff, techs, and the Doctors. The only thing missing is an on-site neurological staff. However there is one near by.

Our 16 year old cat, “Flannel” had been seen by our vet at Matthews Animal Clinic before the weekend and our vet went out of town. Flannel was getting better with meds but took a turn for the worst over the weekend. Upon the advice of our vet we took Flannel to the BluePearl emergency vet. We were greeted with smiling faces and genuine concern for our fur baby! We saw Dr. Josie Speights and her diagnosis and treatment plan was spot on for Flannel! I wasn’t pressured to get any needless test or treatments and Dr. Speights treatment plan did basically follow the same plan our regular vet had been following but Dr. Speights tweaked the treatment plan slightly and I’m happy to report that our boy Flannel is doing great! I would have no reservations recommending BluePearl to anyone needing after hours or weekend care for their pet! Thank you Dr. Speights for your excellent care of my boy Flannel! Your treatment plan has healed him up and for that we are truly grateful! Thanks again! L. Sikes and Flannel!

We have come to the emergency room here and there. Very nice staff, very helpful also with suggestions for ongoing care. Great coffee machine. The specialists here are excellent. I feel very comfortable bringing my dog here if need be. Very expensive though, but all the pet emergency rooms are. At least I feel comfortable that my beloved furbaby is getting great care.

Don’t bother bringing a pet if it’s after 8pm. We had called in advance and they had let us know they had openings and could take us. Upon arrival we were checked in and told it would be a moment. 2 hours later we were told about other places in the area that could take our pet because they close shortly. Just wish there was more clarity over the phone rather than having us come in.
