My cat had a 10 am appointment, got there around 9:45 and was greeted warmly and they were understanding of me having to drop him off due to going to work. My mother was going to pick him up and had been awaiting a phone call most of the afternoon. His appointment was just for a topical treatment and his shots. We did not hear a word from this clinic until about 10-15 minutes before they closing that they were not able to get to him today. No apology was given other than the average “we can reschedule.” My cat had sat at this vet all day with no word of how he was doing. Unacceptable and VERY unprofessional.

I always take my service dog to this vet the veterinarian themself was very gentle with your dog and they try to get you in and out pretty quick but normally there is a wait that would be the only downfall
