Very poor customer service. Lady upfront was very rude and not very helpful. I see why they have the worst rating in Locust for animal care.

I called them around 3pm about what I thought was hiccups my puppy had for several hours. They told me not to worry and about 30 minutes later I just brought him in because he seemed weak. They did take me back into the room after their cut off time which I appreciate. They also didn’t charge me for the visit which was also appreciated. The doctor on the other hand was very rude and condescending. She asked when I got him(I picked him up a few hours before and immediately noticed what I thought was hiccups) and how much I paid, when I said he was free she said “good thing you didn’t pay for him”. She told me he was having serious breathing problems and asked if I even wanted to waste the time and money on this new dog. I asked if there was anything at all they could do, she looked at her watch on her wrist, shook her head and said “we’re closing up” then had the front desk associate bring me a pamphlet for an emergency 24 hour vet. Clearly she’s only there for a paycheck and has no compassion for her clients. Luckily my puppy is now in the amazing care of the Concord Emergency Animal Hospital.
