Extremely Disturbing Experience — Serious Concerns About Honesty and Accountability Our experience with Dr. Kimbrell was devastating and has left us with serious concerns about her professional conduct and honesty. Our beloved horse, Stellar, died after a catastrophic accident, and toxicology later showed Robaxin (methocarbamol) in his system. We were never informed that Stellar would be given Robaxin, and we never authorized its administration. We also have serious concerns about Dr. Kimbrell’s account regarding medication she dispensed for Stellar. An invoice shows medication dispensed on February 21, yet statements later made about the circumstances surrounding that medication directly conflict with evidence we have regarding where the people she claimed to have spoken with were that day. When a veterinarian is entrusted with an animal’s care, owners have every right to expect accurate records, truthful communication, informed decision-making, and complete transparency regarding medications. We filed a complaint with the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board and provided evidence supporting our concerns. This experience has been heartbreaking, and based on what happened to Stellar and the documentation we have, I could never recommend Dr. Kimbrell. Stellar deserved better. Horse owners deserve transparency and accountability from the professionals entrusted with their animals.

Cindy is an exceptional vet. I worked in the equine business in multiple disciplines for many years and she is the bomb! If she doesn't know the answer, she will admit it and consult with an expert in the corresponding field, instead of wasting your time and money stabbing in the dark.

Cindy is in a league all her own. My favorite horse would not be alive today if it were not for Cindy. She is truly an amazing vet. And one of many reasons is that she truly cares about the animals. She is extraordinary in many ways. and I thank God that she is the one taking care of my animals health situations when they arise
