Leland Veterinary Hospital

They have good prices and one tech that’s great. Otherwise, they are nothing special. A couple of the receptionists are friendly and a couple others seriously need let go. It only takes one bad egg.

My dog was attacked last night and I brought him straight to this vet first thing in the morning. I’ve been having serious financial struggles and was worried sick about the cost of everything. Dr. Wilson and her team did everything they could to make it as cost affective as possible. Dr. Wilson did an amazing job ensuring all of my anxiety about my dogs health were put to rest without costing me more money. She was nothing short of caring, understanding, compassionate and thorough. I would highly reccomend this vet to any of my friends and family. Thanks for all you guys did for me and my pup!

My Australian kelpie was seen there first thing this morning. When we went in to the exam room, there was dry feces on the floor. The baseboards were disgusting and after our not so pleasant visit I was getting ready to pay I was told there was 3 percent fee for using my credit card. I asked if I can come back to pay with cash and instead they gave me a "discount" on the services. All the while they removed the 2 "free cans " of science diet that the vet said she was giving him to try. She also put a bag of dry food there as well. On my receipt I was being charged for the kibble not the cans. Which was totally fine. The problem was they took back the food and gave me a "discount" which conveniently rendered to be close to the bag of dog food. So I speak with a manager about the "confusion". Not only did she try to cut me off when I was speaking but told me the sign wasn't on their counter because the cat knocked it over. Well there were plenty of decorations, and business cards left out. Another convenient moment. Either way, there's so much to this story that if anyone has questions please feel free to ask but for now as I type this my dog is on his way to yet another appointment because they did absolutely NOTHING for him, including giving me the prescription for his heart worm meds. I wish I could post the pictures of the filth, the fees, and clutter on the counter so others would be aware, *Edit because I can't respond. The owner of this facility would like me to call them? No, you can call me. You should have my number on file. The email you have is incorrect ( which I have stated many times to your staff) again I have pictures ( and not just of the insanitary conditions but the receipts given to me) There was NO miscommunication on my part. However, I've noticed that's a phrase your staff says when I point out their discrepancies. If you're so concerned, feel free to call me. Anything that you claim your staff did wasn't in front of me and my poor pup hasn't had any relief.

Great staff with big hearts.
