Dr Shafer did all he could do for my cat short of surgery that I couldn't afford. He was very kind and so helpful.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northside Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked through the doors, the veterinarian and every member of the staff treated our beloved pet with such compassion, kindness, and genuine care. They understood how much our pet means to our family and treated us with patience and understanding during what was such an emotional time. You could truly feel that they cared—not just about our pet, but about us too. It means so much to know that our beloved family member was in the hands of people who treated them with love, dignity, and respect. We are incredibly grateful to the veterinarian and the entire staff at Northside Animal Hospital for everything they did. Thank you for caring for our precious pet as if they were your own. ❤️🐾 We will never forget your kindness and compassion
