They were wonderful! They saved my Beatrice s life! She's had to have emergency surgery. It was costly but well worth her being healthy and here! The staff were so very sweet and kind. When I took her back for a checkup they all remembered Bea like she was an old family friend. Highly recommend

Changing my original one star review to Five stars! I believe they are under new ownership and management and I had a total different experience this round Compared to my past visits. Employees were extremely accommodating and friendly, Also got us in very quickly!

Honestly, I love this place and the staff is kind. I noticed the reviews and it scared me at first however I have had the opposite experience. They took care of my dog Honey and I will be bringing her back there next week. Update as of July 31st, I love this location. I’ve never had a bad experience with the people. You can tell they love what they do. I feel safe leaving my dog here. If I could give 100 stars I would. I’ve been to other places and the energy would be inconsistent but this place is so positive and welcoming. Definitely the best place in Greensboro. These people leaving one star does not reflect my experience at all.

James Landing Veterinary Hospital, its staff and veterinarians saved my cat’s life. After my older boy cat developed a urinary blockage, we were denied by 6 other vet offices to accomplish his procedure, who cited that our cat was “too high risk” to perform surgery on. When I called James Landing, they were willing to perform the two necessary surgeries to stop the urinary blockage. They were gentle with him, kept me updated, and he was able to come home after two days. Every worker at this facility took great care of my cat and cared deeply about his wellbeing. They were kind, considerate, knowledgeable and supportive every step of the way. I especially want to commend the veterinarian, Dr. B, for his expertise and compassion. I also had the best experience with one of the vet techs there, Taliya, who went above and beyond to comfort myself and to ensure the safety of my beloved cat. I am forever grateful to this vet office for saving my cat’s life. I highly recommend them for their quality of service, their fair pricing, and their dedication to helping all pets.
