***PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW*** Due the appalling responses from this veterinary practice, I will not be leaving a review in fear of how they may untruthfully respond. I will say, I absolutely favor every one star review, and hope others give other providers in the area a chance before scheduling with this facility. **** Response: We absolutely WERE a client for BOTH of our dogs and spent an exsorbant amount of money with you. I just received a phone call FROM THIS OFFICE YESTERDAY to schedule both of my dogs for vaccinations! don't know what business would reply to people the way you do. Shame on you! Good luck with customer retention.

These people are great! I love Dr. Thomas. I hope they will always be around as long as I am. I wouldn't think of taking my 7 pups anywhere else. They really make you feel comfortable and they always answer all your questions. They talk to you like friends. I know it's a business, but they make me feel like part of a family. Thank you EVERYONE!

Arrived before they opened with a very sick stray kitten. They couldn't be bothered. Said they had surgeries scheduled which I can understand but they could've taken her and gotten around to her later but they didn't care one bit. I will definitely not be taking my personal animals to this facility and I advise you to stay away from here if you live your animals. PS. I have read their review and it's a complete lie. It was a stray kitten, I would have absolutely no problem dropping the kitten off. None of your employees offered any options and I ended up driving to Kinston to the vet. The vet told me that the kitten would have died if I hadn't brought it in. SHAME ON YOU FOR GETTING ON HERE AND LYING. An apology would have been appropriate but instead you want to argue with me and lue to the public. Again, SHAME ON YOU!!
