my dog is an established patient at SRAH. Last Saturday morning she was very sick vomiting, lethargic and we were extremely worried. I called Saturday morning because they are open until noon but the lady who answered told me they had no appointments and I should seek care elsewhere. I understand Saturdays are half day and they want to get home but there are exceptions. I was on the phone with her a total of maybe 20 to 30 seconds so I know she didn't even try to see if there was a place for my dog. We ended up taking her elsewhere and had the best experience, even on a Saturday.

I took my kitten up there Tuesday and I paid for a liquid IV but instead I got a syringe and some gum medicine and if they weren’t there for just money my cat wouldn’t have died at 2 am, this place sucks and I’m not coming back

Brought dog in and they were quick and accurate in their diagnosis and treatment plan. Dog is on road to recovery.
