All Saints Animal Hospital

It hurts to have to put a 1 star review bc we’ve been going to All Saints for several years (12) with our Jayce, but the disrespect was louder than any help we ever could have received at the end. I had reached out to All Saints and spoke with the receptionist on 09/30 first thing in the AM letting them know since Dr. Kevin diagnosed Jayce with GERD that I felt he was having a bad flare, we knew what to do so we discussed doing that and calling back Thursday 10/1 to be worked into his schedule to be seen if no improvement. Well we visited the emergency vet 3x bc of Jayce condition and after spending 2k on Wednesday 09/30 we found out our boy didn’t have reflux, that it was cancer in his liver and intestines. I assured them Jayces vet (Dr. Kevin) would see him on Thursday bc this is what I was told I believe her name was Leslie (Wednesday) but not 100%. I reached out via text to Dr. K never got a response. I reached out to the office on Thursday at 8:01 am and was told their schedule was too full to see Jayce and then I asked to speak with Dr. K bc I trusted his advice on how to handle it and wanted his reassurance that we were making the right choice. I was told he was in a room. No offering to talk with him and call back, not let me have him reach out in a few minutes after he sees a patient, NOTHING. It’s unbelievable honestly. I would have ran late all morning if it meant a patient of mine of 12 years needing a minute of my time; but that’s what sets vet offices apart. This vet office lacks compassion and caring. So, no response to the email I sent. No response to the text. Instead, they go to Facebook and make a status which I will paste in photos. I will also paste the text convo between Dr. K and I and email I sent. All Saints should be ashamed at the way you handled this situation. I hope you learn from it, I know I did. Jayce is out of pain now. No help to you all but shoutout to Sage Animal hospital for taking the patient they didn’t have to… they responded with “bring him here right away.” So let’s just lay it out there why that Facebook post was made. It all could have been avoided without the drama had someone just called and said hey I’m sorry how that was handled… I’m sorry about your dog and I’m sorry my staff never got me. I hope you all taking this as an educational moment and learn from it. 0/5 stars if it would let me.

Dr Kevin is one of the most trustworthy individuals I know. He sincerely focuses on the health of his clients.

One of the most caring and considerate veterinary services I have encountered. A friend suggested in 2017 that I take my dog to All Saints for general care, and I haven't looked back since.

I have used many different vets in Henderson County in 25 years with 5 different English bulldogs. Dr. Kevin McKisson is the absolute best, most caring, down to earth, reasonably priced and knowledgeable Veterinarian that I have met. The staff is knowledgeable and caring - but busy. When you take time with you patients is bound to be busy. This is not an office with rotating veterinarians so you don’t know who you’ll see - Dr Kevin is there. He and his staff know their patients and owners. I feel very fortunate to have All Saints as our veterinarian practice we depend on for our dog’s care.
