Extremely disappointed with my experience with this clinic. I contacted them while my dog was extremely sick and showing symptoms that I was concerned could be parvo. I was turned away and had to seek care elsewhere, where he was ultimately confirmed to have parvo. Unfortunately, we lost him. I understand that no veterinarian can guarantee the outcome of a sick animal, but the lack of compassion, communication, and professionalism we experienced during such a serious situation was incredibly upsetting. What happened afterward and the way my concerns were handled only made an already devastating experience worse. I gave the clinic the opportunity to address my concerns directly, but I walked away feeling dismissed rather than heard. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
