We've been here before for a emergency and they were great. This time around no help at all. The front desk older lady was mean as could be and told us there was nothing they could do with 2 hours before closing. Never returning, they'll let you down in the worst possible time of emergency. Extremely unprofessional

My regular vet was out of town and his clinic was closed when my emergency happened with my Australian Shepherd on a Saturday but Eastern Shore Animal Hospital's staff were so friendly and did not hesitate to let me bring her in for them to examine. The clinic was so nice and all the staff and the vet was so polite, professional and concerned and took excellent care of her.
