Run do NOT take your animal here no compassion at all!!!! Very rude and does not have your pet in there best interest! Sir if you want to tell it tell the truth first of all when I picked chunky up it was poring rain I never took my cat out of my crate as he was brought to my car! Yes I called back bc I was able to give medication but later noticed white spots through the out WHICH I WOULD NEVER GIVE MEDS IN MY DAUGHTERS BED AS I STATED TO YOUR STAFF! The gentleman with me is my husband! Your staff was on speaker I NEVER EVER DEMANDED ANY MONEY!!!! YOUR A LIER!!!! And yes, your staff did tell me that my cat would have to be euthanized before giving me any payment options.... i still to this day, have never seen your face!!!! And how dare you question me on 48 hours when it took you time i don't remember how long? That doesn't matter. You never know what someone else has going on. I'm fighting for my daughter's life. That's nune your business. But that's who's in the picture with the cat. There's a reason I didn't answer. Did you ever think that you're not the most important person on my list? At that time I guess not! And last but not least, I do not need whatever you said at the end of your mess! Not everyone's situation is a walk in the park, and did you forget the part that I told your staff that I just didn't think the previous owners would act this way. They sure wouldn't act this way. I promise you that. Where you admitted during our phone call? Since you wanna talk about recordings that your staff got offended, enacted that way!!!!! Bottom line, you're about money, I came up with the money. I found it out. I never demanded money you're a liar! If you want to go to court with this weak hand but I will report this every single time. And don't you dare ever ever ever say something. When somebody don't report back to you in a timely manner on your time. I have a child and a cat that I was fighting for at the same time. How dare you and shame on you? And your staff and your lion's self, I never demanded a penny! So I hope you ready to come up with that information. Oh, and people like me, you don't want their business. Guess what sherry and benny leech are my parents. Sherry's on maine in gibsonville! Her business has better reviews than you're ever will. She is the one who pointed me thinking that y'all would be the same. So say something to her. If you want to, you are disgrace to the owners before y'all end of discussion!!!!!

My regular vet couldn’t squeeze in my girl after an emergency visit, so we called Phoenix to see if they could work us in. They did and were amazing from start to finish. Scheduling, the tech, and the doctor were all amazing! The experience was so good I’m making this both of my pups regular office!

I dont know where to even begin with my 10 star review. My cat was rushed to the hospital a few nights ago on aug 01 and diagnosed with bladder stones, i couldnt afford the $5,000 surgery and i was hopeless. My fiance found phoenix vet after calling and being told by many places they cant get our cat in to have a cystotomy for 2 weeks (earliest surgery date was aug 12!! Phoenix got my gizzy in that tuesday aug 04 and scheduled him for surgery today aug 06. Im beyond grateful to have found this vet clinic because on top of that the surgery was over half the cost (between $2,000-$2,100) they welcomed every anxious phone call with reassurance, they gave my boy a new diet and weightloss plan, guided me through every step of pre op and post op. I want to specifically shout out ashley bre and dr westmooreland! Everyone there was amazing but those were the only names i caught. Ill definitely be coming here for any and everything for both my boys. Thank you for giving me hope and leading me to the other side of this forsaken journey🙏❤️
