The Gastonia location has really gone downhill. They actually told me my dog was fine and had no lumps or bumps during his checkup and that just told me they didn’t really check him. He has a large lump on his right side and it amazes me that an actual vet wouldn’t feel it. I found they have lied to me several times when he was in for his exam. So we have cancelled the wellness plan for him because they obviously don’t really check him out. I will be cancelling the wellness plan for my other dog when it comes due. We’re going to find a real veterinary for our dogs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately, I have to at least give them one which I don’t feel they deserve AT ALL! If you love your animals, don’t bring them here! The doctor was disgustingly rude and threatens to call animal control on you for trying to help your pet. Who tells you that your pet is going to die if they don’t gain two pounds in two weeks!? I’ll tell you who…the doctors here! These people don’t care about animals, they care about money! They force you to bring your pet back in with the threat of calling animal control if you don’t attend a follow up appointment with them. Again…if you love your pet PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THIS PLACE!
