This was my second time visiting and it didn't go well at all. I waited 25min before I asked how long would it be before I'm seen? I was told that they were short staff, in which is understandable however, they were very unapologetic, if I have to confirm my appointment via email and phone the day before, then the same curtisty should be given as far as asking if one would like to reschedule or stay and wait 41min before being seen. My time is just as valuable, I drove 36min to get there and then had to wait 41min to be seen this was completely below my expectations. Upon checking out, I was disappointed as well with the customer service. She never said thank you for waiting, she never even said thank you, she just gave me my receipt with no acknowledgement that at this point I was there for over an hour for a booster, again very unapologetic. What a disappointment, I only picked this vet b/c my daughter use to bring my grand-dog here, needless to say, I'll be looking for some place closer to where I live that provides better service.
