We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Brian Jull at Etowah Valley Veterinary Hospital. Our senior cat was struggling with chronic kidney issues, and during a time when we were looking for compassionate care and thoughtful medical guidance, we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously. Rather than focusing on helping us better understand or diagnose her condition, the appointments felt more centered on recommending costly treatments without clear explanations or a genuine effort to investigate what was going on. It was incredibly frustrating while trying to advocate for a beloved pet who was already in a fragile state. In addition, Dr. Jull’s demeanor came across as rude and unfriendly, which made an already emotional situation even more difficult. Veterinary care should involve compassion, especially when families are dealing with aging pets and serious health concerns. We ultimately chose to seek care elsewhere, where we finally received respectful, professional, and supportive treatment. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend taking your beloved pets to this veterinarian.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a gentleman who boasted about being 32 years in the practice and was Very inconsiderate. If you go here, do not get the old man vet. I forget his name, but he will push you to pay for outrageous medicine and tell you you are a bad owner no matter what you say. I know my fur baby and we’ll do everything I can to make sure they have a good life. Discontinue your service and make the drive to somewhere else.
