Here’s the rewritten review: I wanted to share a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at Lannon’s Animal Hospital. When my sweet boy Baxter started declining from kidney failure, my heart was completely shattered. At just 12 years old, he had been my loyal companion through so much, and letting him go felt impossible. From the moment I walked through the doors, everyone treated us with such genuine kindness and care. They never rushed me or made me feel like just another case. Instead, they sat with me, explained everything gently and clearly, answered all my tear-filled questions, and gave me the time and support I needed to make that heartbreaking decision. Dr. Lannon and the techs were truly amazing—they handled Baxter with such tenderness and respect while helping me understand his quality of life and what the most loving choice looked like. Their compassion turned one of the hardest days into a moment filled with dignity and peace. They even took time afterward to hug me and made a memento for me to have of him. If you’re ever facing end-of-life decisions for your pet, know that you’ll be wrapped in the best care possible at Lannon’s. They’re not just a vet hospital—they truly understand the deep bond we share with our animals. I’m forever grateful for how they helped me give my boy a gentle, loving goodbye. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ — Sherri Asna, Baxter’s mom
