I am sorry to write this, I really like Dr. Emily Ruble. However, some of the staff at the front desk does not follow through on things and this is NOT the first time that I've had issues. Chewy, where I get some meds from, messaged them for approval to refill my dog's eye medicine. I spoke with Jessica (front desk) on Wednesday 9/28 and was told that they had the message from Chewy, and would check with the doctor for approval. It was finally sent on Thursday, but not in time for Chewy to overnight it to me. I called and spoke with Jessica again on Saturday, 10/3. She said that she would try to get a discount bc of the delay. I gave her my credit card number (still $75!!) so it could be picked up before they closed at 12 noon by my daughter. The "medication" was in a box with the right prescription label on it, but it is damn EYE LUBE, Optixcare, not Optimmune !! I am not very happy at all as my dog, Jasper, will be the one to suffer and not have his meds because of incompetence ! Please show this to Dr. Ruble.

Leon and the staff are great. They really care about your pets and make you feel comfortable. It has been 7 years since I left my review and we still are at Grandview Animal Hospital. I recommend them to everyone who has pets.

Would not do not help.. refused services because it was inconvenient. Played the I’ll hold you on an endless loop game .. don’t go here. It’s not worth your pet’s business or their health it’s about their maintenance of vanity. They do not care about your animals they care about your money and you will be spending. Matt-
