I had a great experience with the veterinarian. They were kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how carefully they handled my pet.

I brought my dog in for a drop-off appointment and asked for an e-collar to be put on right away. I called to check on her every hour or so and was told she was fine. When I picked her up after about seven hours, she was covered in blood. No one had cleaned her off. They never mentioned it during my calls. I'm very disappointed with the communication and care. I specifically asked them to use an e collar as soon as she goes in the waiting room. You didnt even bother to wash the blood off of her before presenting her to me? You expect me to feel like you took care of her? I could hear a loud mouth employee in the background as well after I asked for a walk in appointment next time instead. "There ain't nothing I can do for em". I am trusting you with my dogs life. This is not right. You think I want to see my baby after 7 hours covered in blood? At least clean her off and mention it on the phone. There was also blood on the front of her chest leading me to believe she had to lay in it.
