I could never thank them enough for helping lay my great beast to rest. They took care of her, and went beyond and above to help me take care of her to her final moments.

They were kind, considerate, and took care of our every need during the process of letting our furry loved one be released from her pain and suffering.

This place has gone downhill. I used to like it a couple of years ago, but now it’s a joke. I boarded my cat here in May. When I picked her up, the staff acted like everything had gone fine, and I paid the bill in full that day. Once we got home, it was clear something was wrong—she was a completely different cat. Whatever happened during boarding was not a good experience, and she still isn’t the same. Now, months later, I’m getting a bill claiming I didn’t pay taxes, with threats that the amount will increase if I don’t pay. That’s not my responsibility. I paid the exact total they gave me at checkout. If you bought a car for $10,000 and two months later the dealership said, “Oops, we forgot to charge you $2,000 in taxes—and it’ll go up if you don’t pay,” what would you do? I paid what they asked for at the time. Their front-desk mistake isn’t my problem.

Our foster dog, Cooper, is a new patient of Dr. Eubanks. After being discharged with a serious UTI and acute kidney issue from Carolina Vet Hospital (who were amazing) Animal Ark was able to see him on the same day he was released from the hospital. EVERY single person from the front office to the tech office has gone above and beyond to care for and support his complex health care issues. Thanks so much for your genuine and professional help!!!! Kathy M
