My first time at this clinic as we are back and forth between north carolina and our permanent home near hilton head .one of my kitties was sick and my neighbor suggested that we go in to this vet. I immediately felt at home with Dr.Mcpherson. I like that he believes in starting off slowly. And then if we need to escalate next week we will do more blood work and tests. So far, the minimum seems to be working well and I appreciate that both from a cost point of view and stress on my kitty .

Dr. McPherson and his staff have provided excellent care for four of our German Shepherds (including the one we currently have). I can't imagine taking him to a different vet.

Dr McPherson is what I call a rural vet. He clearly loves the animals, owners and his staff and is practicing veterinary medicine, not trying to make money. His costs are more reasonable than other local vets. When I first brought my cat with chronic vomiting issues Doc asked questions the prior vets had not asked. He has worked with me to find solutions and two years later my cat is doing better than ever. Toby and I are so grateful for Doc’s ability to “think outside the box”. I moved to Asheville but continue to ‘commute’ to Rosman. Thank you Dr McPherson and staff!! 🐈

This place is great. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment for our two cats when I was up against a deadline. The doctor and staff were very personable and great with the cats. Highly recommend!
