The woman I spoke with was the rudest I’ve ever dealt with. Clearly didn’t won’t to do her job. I called about pricing and was accused of looking for charity handouts. Was then told how she had already been cussed out 5 other times today. Sorry lady sounds like your the problem. I’ve heard great things about the doctor but sounds like the lady has a horrible reputation.

While I am so grateful for the services offered to rural communities, I feel a few tweaks could make this business really flourish... starting with replacing the assistant! Her demeanor needs work. Patience, compassion and effective communication skills would be beneficial. Additionally, it would be so helpful to POST prices on the website and refrain from suggesting "optional services" on the day of when pet parents may be experiencing emotions; only later to feel sticker SHOCK from all the unnecessary added services! Again, I suggest an intern, a teenager, anyone with people skills besides the current lady that schedules appointments. Unbelievable customer service (rudeness).

Ed and Jill are the absolute best! My mom has used them for years so I decided to try them. I will not use any other vet.

$1400 to have a golden retriever spayed Credit card fraud Deceitful business I don’t normally do reviews however I am baffled to say the least. Firstly the Doctor was awesome no complaints on him whatsoever. I took my mothers dog to get spayed, prior to the appointment my mom had spoke with his wife to set the appointment up, pay the deposit and give all the information my mother was informed it would be no more than $350 to have the dog spayed who was pregnant all of this was disclosed during making the appointment so fast forward to today 12/2 I show up to Walmart to drop the dog off and hand the dog off to the Doctor who was extremely nice, i proceed to inquire about having another dog spayed that day and he informed me his wife would be out with the schedule to talk with me. She comes out and from the time she started talking she was very rude, condescending and cold. I felt like she was mad at me from the jump and I don’t know this woman never seen her in my life. After I dropped my mom’s dog off I left and she called me within 5 minutes asking if I’d like additional pain medication, IV fluids and a pre op test all of which I authorized no problem, she then mentioned that because the dog was pregnant they would have to euthanize the puppies which is what I was under the assumption happened when pregnant dogs were spayed, however we were charged full adult dog price for euthanasia of each puppy. After that I didn’t hear anything from them until 4:02pm I received a text stating that the dog was ready would I be able to pick her up by 4:20, sure a longer heads up would’ve been great but whatever so I arrive to pick her up and they bring out and again the Doctor is nice respectful no problems. Mind you my mother paid a deposit to make the appointment so they had her credit card on file, the card was charged without authorization, signature or even giving us a total which I had to ask her twice before she would even tell me the price because she had the invoice folded up and put in a ziplock bag with the pain meds. She was probably the rudest person i’ve spoke with in a long time, emotionless and miserable acting bless the Doctor if he has to put up with that daily.
